ILIGAN CITY (PIA)--As government agencies and private organizations continue to bring services and programs closer to the people, residents of Luinab village here are thankful for the conduct of the Duterte Legacy Caravan.
Parents Lindy Onlayao and Lolita Echavez Llamis expressed gratitude to the Iligan City Police Station 1 and other stakeholders for the services and programs delivered to them. Their kids are finally circumcised through their free services.
“Dako akong pasalamat sa atong kapulisan sa Station 1 kay usa akong anak nakaavail ug programa,” she said.

ICPS 1 officer-in-charge PCapt. Neil Mark C. Quipanes said that the caravan aims to provide services and programs closer to the grassroots communities. He also underscored the importance of the unity and collaboration of the community in maintaining peace and order.
About 50 kids were able to benefit from the free haircut and circumcision services provided by ICPS 1. The City Health Office also provided medicines for circumcision.
Moreover, the RECON Iligan Chapter distributed food packs to the residents while the ICPS 1 and Kampanya Kontra Droga youth organization gave slippers.
The Iligan Light and Power Inc. gave free medicines while the Heavens Bakehaus & Enterprises gave bread and the High Park Pension House served packed lunch. (LELA/ PIA Lanao del Norte)
